The API Returns allows to order return labels for planned return shipments from your customers.

It thereby enables business customers of DHL to seamlessly implement the label creation process for return labels into their own workflows, for example integrated into their own website.

  • AM.numbers is a supplementary service, which complements the creation of orders via AM.exchange.
  • The API provides required NVE numbers that will then be entered when placing an order in AM.exchange.

POST & PARCEL GERMANY: For partners or business customers of Parcel Germany, typically used by asian partners consolidating shipments into Germany.

CSE (Customer Shipping Event): Allows partners and business customers to push a notification event towards DHL. Typically used by first-mile shipping partner to notify DHL of successful handover.

POST & PARCEL GERMANY: For Business Customers of Parcel Germany: Create and manage domestic and international Parcels. Get Shipping Labels.

*Invitation Only: Parcel DE Shipping API has completed a closed beta with approved consumers. Generally, additional customers will not be accepted from March 1 2021 onwards.
