Access Token

To access any of DHL eCommerce's API resources, client credentials (clientId and clientSecret) are required which must be exchanged for an access token. The following section will guide you through the process of using this service to obtain an access token.

CSE (Customer Shipping Event): Allows partners and business customers to push a notification event towards DHL. Typically used by first-mile shipping partner to notify DHL of successful handover.

*Invitation Only: Parcel DE Shipping API has completed a closed beta with approved consumers. Generally, additional customers will not be accepted from March 1 2021 onwards.
